Behavioural Development Programme Tender

Closing date – 31st  March 2023 (noon)

Overview

We are seeking to contract with an experienced training provider to deliver the ‘Behavioural Development’ aspects of both our graduate and Apprentice programmes.

Energus graduates and Apprentices complete a core training programme, alongside their work-based learning element. This includes themes such as Leadership, Project Management, Commercial Awareness, Influencing and Negotiation.

Alongside the above is the requirement for a ‘wrap around’ Behavioural Development Programme, delivered at various stages across the timeline of each programme, having input at induction, mid-programme review and end-programme consolidation.

We would expect the delivery to include elements such as:

  • Team Building
  • Communication Skills
  • Professional Conduct
  • Self-Awareness/Reflection
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Confidence Building
  • Personal Goal Setting

The expectation is that the delivery would include a mixture of theory and practical incorporating innovative learning methods and where possible an element of outdoor education (we will consider proposals without this element if alternative innovative or action-based learning can be incorporated).
