Nuclear Graduates

Two Years, Three Secondments, Endless Opportunities

The Nuclear Graduates programme is a uniquely collaborative graduate development programme that encourages graduates to experience opportunities across the nuclear sector, understand the sector in its widest context and contribute to some of the challenges facing the sector.

Established by the NDA in 2008 the programme is delivered by Energus and sponsored by 11 organisations.

The programme features secondments across the sector, opportunities for technical skills development and a series of masterclasses and training to provide critical skills.

The programme is recognised by professional institutes and has won a number of awards since its inception.
