Energus recruits Magnox 2021 Apprentice Intake

From December 2020 Magnox and Energus have worked in partnership to recruit talented Apprentices into the business.
With a proven track record of high-quality attraction, selection and delivery of Apprentice and Graduate programmes across the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority group, nuclear sector and related industries Energus will work with Magnox to secure their aims of developing the workforce of the future and greater workforce diversity.

These aims were embedded throughout the recruitment process and 22 Apprentices have now accepted Apprenticeships across Magnox sites.

Our ability to attract top talent comes as a result of the commitment Energus has to developing and designing people and skills programmes with partner employers and jointly delivering an outstanding experience.

The effective relationship between Magnox and Energus has secured a talented cohort of Apprentices who will become the Magnox workforce of the future.

Magnox  have collaborated with Energus as the recruitment and selection partner for the last two years and Magnox have found this to be an effective way of finding talented apprentice resource to help move the business forward. There have been challenges to overcome during the last 24 months which required joint solutions to produce the required outcome. The positive nature of this partnership is also reflected in the way we now engage with apprentice providers to develop and maintain a truly collaborative way of working that involves multiple stakeholders’
