During the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Energus will endeavour to answer all Freedom of Information and Environmental Information Regulation requests within statutory time limits. However, there may be delays due to the affects of the pandemic so please bear with us, we will answer your requests as soon as possible and try to keep you updated.

In compliance of the Freedom of Information (FOI) act 2000 Energus will be open and transparent in its recording and provision of information, whilst having regard for the requirements and sensibilities of confidentiality. The Freedom of Information Act requires Energus to be proactive in the publication of records of its business.
