Energus has 10 years’ experience in successfully managing apprenticeships. Our Business apprenticeship programme offers opportunities for either Business Administration or IT Apprentices at level 2 or 3. We manage this process from start to finish; recruitment, regular catch ups with apprentices, training providers and placements. Throughout the apprenticeship we identify any additional training needs that ensures the apprentice gains a thorough understanding of business operations that will allow them to develop and acquire skills that will help them progress their career into other areas, such as Project Management, Procurement, Cyber Security, Project Controls etc.
Energus work with the NDA group and the wider industry to recruit and promote cyber security and nuclear degree apprenticeships. These apprentices will benefit from a range of training and placement opportunities to give them a full and varied training and development programme while working towards a higher level qualification.
Energus are working with employers and training providers to expand the range of apprenticeships and higher level learning opportunities to enthusiastic young people.
