NDA group graduates Tender Opportunity

Energus are seeking to contract with an experienced training provider/s to deliver the Knowledge, Skills and Behavioural Development aspect of the NDA group Graduate Programme.

The anticipated cohort size is approximately 100 graduates and will consist of both technical and non-technical disciplines. Tenderers are required to create a development programme aimed at graduates who will be beginning their journey in the nuclear industry, ensuring graduates gain practical experience through experiential learning and gain exposure to industry professionals.

Nuclear Graduates Tender Opportunity

Energus are looking to contract with an experienced training provider to deliver the ‘Knowledge, Skills and Behavioural Development’ element of the Nuclear Graduates programme with an anticipated cohort size of 65 graduates. This should incorporate themes including, but not limited to:

  • Behavioural insights, this would need to include but not limited to; building working relationships, team work and conflict management, with a particular focus on resilience.
  • Influencing and Negotiating
  • Commercial Acumen
  • Business Strategy
  • Leadership, in different contexts,
  • Project management 

Graduates will receive a separate module on nuclear industry awareness during their programme induction.
